ACCOMODATION

HRXchange has secured a limited block of rooms for conference attendees, with preferred rates starting at $389 CAD per night. These rates will be available for three days before and after the official event dates.

Reservation Details:

  • The cut-off date for booking is Saturday, October 4, 2025. 

  • Bookings can be completed online at thisBooking Link

  • Group Name: HRPA Executive Event. 

Cancellation Policy: 
Reservations must be canceled by 11:59 PM EST, 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge. A valid credit card is required at booking. 

Check-in/Check-out:

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM 

Parking: 
Valet parking is $55.
